Juliana (she/her) is an LMHC who has experience providing therapy to young adults (16+), LGBTQIA+ folks and adults of any and all genders. Juliana provides care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, Bipolar, personality disorders and trauma as well as those navigating difficult life events and transitions. Juliana uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness-based practices and expressive therapies with her clients and aims to take a person-centered and strengths-based approach. She values being grounded, present and honest in therapeutic space and provides a comfortable and nurturing environment for healing.
Juliana graduated in May 2021 from Lesley University with a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Dance/Movement Therapy. Juliana holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University at Buffalo.
