As a dance movement therapist and professional dancer myself, I am well-versed in working with teens/young adults who are involved in the arts and seeking support from someone who "gets it."
In my work, I aim to take a person-centered and strengths based approach, building skills and thinking patterns that support and elevate your current functioning. Using CBT, DBT, mindfulness based practices and somatic interventions, we will find connection between your mind, body and soul.
